Guyana copped a total of eight medals in the recently held Caribbean Easter Badminton tournament in Suriname.
The haul included two gold medals, a similar number of silver medals and four bronze.
Guyana copped gold in the Under-11 Girls Doubles through Anjaneysa Godette and Riyo Alexander, while the Under-11 Mixed Doubles saw Joel Rambirche and Anjaneysa Godette winning silver.
The bronze medals were won by Liam Brumell and Joel Rambirche in the Under-11 Boys Doubles and Brumell and Alexander in the Under-11 Mixed Doubles.
