. Personnel change: Gunnar Kilian, Andreas Renschler and Hiltrud Werner have been appointed to the Supervisory Board of
Gunnar Kilian (43) has been the member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG responsible for Human Resources and Organisation since April 2018. Prior to that, he was Secretary-General and General Manager of the Group Works Council. Andreas Renschler (60) was named to the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG in February 2015, where he is responsible for “Commercial Vehicles”. Before that, he had been in executive positions at Daimler AG since 2004. Hiltrud Werner (52) has been a member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG since February 2017; she is responsible for Integrity and Legal Affairs.
